In these positions, he directed geographically dispersed teams of engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors responsible for UCC, UCCX, VoIP, Wi-Fi, call center, and complex network implementations. His leadership helped establish operational standards for global service delivery, improved deployment efficiency, strengthened client satisfaction, and ensured alignment between executive business objectives and technical execution.
Prior to Verizon, Ray held executive and operational leadership roles with Allied Technical Services. He scaled a regional low-voltage cabling and telecommunications firm, expanded operations across multiple states, managed finance, sales, delivery, and field operations, and sustained strong revenue and profitability performance.
A PMP and ITIL v3 certified professional, Ray brings strong technical fluency across Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Cisco, Avaya, Call Manager, VoIP systems, IP networks, voice and digital lines, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
